I have spent a career building strong cultures, managing change, and coaching people through the ups and downs of their careers. That experience taught me something the professional world rarely names: a leader’s self-awareness and their ability to regulate stress shape how their team performs, how they process change, and whether people choose to stay. Now I work as an advisor and professional coach, combining that operating experience with doctoral research on the somatic experience of leadership.

I help leaders build the internal steadiness to not only lead well through change, but to find real meaning in their lives and in their work while on the journey.

I help companies create cultures that attract top talent, maximizing their ability to thrive and create opportunities for all.
